Please join us for an organizational meeting of the Anderson County Cemetery Preservation Group. We will discuss the following 6 steps concerning the cemeteries:
1) Finding the Cemeteries and marking their location on maps
2) Cleaning the Cemeteries and making them safe to visit
3) Signing for the Cemeteries so they may be located easily
4) Recording the Cemeteries so that there is a hard record for the future
5) Designating the Cemeteries thru the Historic Texas Cemetery Designation
6) Preserving the Cemeteries for future generations
